Our residential lifts are capable of around five or six ‘stops.’ This is the equivalent of about 12m of travel.

Does it take a long time for a commercial lift to be installed?

After the manufacturing process is complete, the installation time is about 2-4 weeks.

Are your residential lifts wheel-chair accessible?

Should you need to accommodate a wheelchair, we can advise which cabin sizes and door openings are suitable.

What is the benefit of purchasing an elevator with a warranty included?

Are there any expenses that are not included with the warranty?

What is capped price annual service?

Capped price servicing is a type of servicing in which the maximum cost of each scheduled service is revealed at the time of purchasing your elevator, instead of at the time of servicing.

Capped price servicing is FREE for the first year, then $800 per year for the subsequent 4 year duration of your 5-Year Warranty. By committing to annual servicing you will also be able to take advantage of iNVER-iQ remote monitoring for your lift.
